The Rolls-Royce Trent 60 ISI, a development of the RB211 family of engines, is the most advanced gas turbine available for industrial use today, delivering 64 MWe at 41.3% efficiency. The ISI (Inlet Spray Inter-cooling) system boosts power and efficiency at ambient temperatures > 10 deg C by spraying water into the intake of the engine.
