Centrax Gas Turbines receives Award for Service Leadership 2004
Centrax Gas Turbines, the longest established privately owned gas turbine company in the world, has received accolades for its high quality of customer service. Worldwide market analysts Frost & Sullivan, recently presented Peter Robinson, head of customer support at Centrax, with its Award for Service Leadership 2004 at a ceremony in London.
The award followed a full analysis of Centrax and its competitors in the onsite power market and interviews with customers from different industries. Centrax, whose customers include Heinz, Ford, IBM and Heineken, was included in the top three providers for the majority of categories and received the highest ratings for customer service.
An extract from the Frost & Sullivan report reads, “In terms of customer satisfaction, the leader for customer service is Centrax, which obtained a rating of 4.29 out of 5. Comments indicate that end-users appreciate Centrax’s ability to listen to their clients, discuss and respond to their needs.”
“We have consistently invested in our after-sales structure to ensure our people are trained to understand customer needs and to provide a fast and efficient service,” commented Guy West, Director, Centrax Gas Turbines.
Frost & Sullivan’s report concluded “Centrax is the leader in service provision in the on-site power market because of its commitment to satisfying its customers. It has clearly been investing in improving the quality of service at all levels of its network and the results of Frost & Sullivan’s analysis simply confirms that its efforts are bearing fruit.
